However, some processes still require the use of our Java-based Avaya Call Reporting Desktop.
These include:

- Desktop Agent Dashboards (requires Agent Dashboards seat licenses), which includes Realtime widgets, pop-up call notifications, and more.
- Legacy wallboards, agent timeline, and group timeline
- Custom Report skin creation
